Paying for your order at e-cloth is simple, convenient and easy to do using a debit or credit card.

We have partnered with SECPay to bring you the highest level of security when you order online. When you enter your payment details on our website you are actually providing them direct to SECPay. e-cloth never has access to your card number. This ensures the highest level of payment security for you.

You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for the padlock icon in your internet browser. In addition, website pages protected using SSL encryption always start with "https" rather than "http". Check this in the address bar at the top of your screen.


Your details are treated in strictest confidence and we will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisations.

Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1 or 2 working days. In the rare occasion any items are out of stock we will contact you if your would be delayed for more than 7 days.

UK deliveries are via Royal Mail. Packages sent via Royal Mail that do not arrive when expected could have gone astray in the post. In this circumstance we have to wait 30 days before we can class the package as lost.

Once dispatched, you must contact us if you have not received your order within the timescale expected.

We will normally either send you a refund or a replacement product.

Unless faulty, you must cover the cost of returning unwanted goods. Please provide proof of postage returning any goods back to us. For extra security, we recommend sending any good back via a trackable service.

Under most circumstances, you will not have to return the goods to us. However, in some circumstances, we may ask you to return the goods so that we can understand the reason for your dissatisfaction and ensure that it does not happen again.

We would ask that all returned items are sent via a trackable postage service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Where tracked items become lost, we will honour any refund amount providing the printed receipt and tracking number can be produced. Items sent via standard post that become lost will not be refunded.

You must inform us if you intend to return an item, within 14 days of receiving your order. Money will be refunded to the card used to purchase, no later than 14 days from the processing date.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
