Very poor. The wand arrived
"Very poor. The wand arrived bent at 90 degrees, presumably to fit the envelope, and every attempt to contact E cloth, I have tried three different email addresses and have had absolutely zero success. I’m unable to use the wand in its current format !!!"

"Bought the rod a few years back so I am glad to be able to still find the sleeves. Very practical as a duster for radiators and hard to reach corners and ledges but also doubles up efficiently as a a draft excluder. Nicely absorbent too and it does not shed. They are literally indestructible therefore very good value for money, I have still got the original one that came with the rod, at least five years now. Original had a velcro fastening, they now have an elasticated opening."
