Shipping policy

 

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1 or 2 working days. In the rare occasion any items are out of stock we will contact you if your would be delayed for more than 7 days.

UK deliveries are via Royal Mail. Packages sent via Royal Mail that do not arrive when expected could have gone astray in the post. In this circumstance, we have to wait 30 days before we can class the package as lost.

Once dispatched, you must contact us if you have not received your order within the timescale expected.

UK Mainland (Including Northern Ireland & Channel Islands)

Standard Delivery

Orders up to £20.00: £4.00 
Orders over £20.00: FREE

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

International Delivery 
Orders shipped outside of the UK will be charged shipping cost during checkout at the preference of the customer.

Order delivered in 7 to 10 working days.
