I only received one, but it came with a window cleaning set that I had not ordered. I contacted you asked me to send you a photograph of the cleaning pack which I did. I had another email from you saying I needed to send you a photograph of the outside packaging, which is absolutely ridiculous when we are talking about a £6 order. I finally got the pad that I originally ordered 2 1/2 weeks later."
