"Excellent for cleansing the face each evening, so soft and gentle on the skin, with a pocket for your fingers for ease of use. The pads are large enough to be used more than once (dependent on amount of make-up of course). Love the ability to wash and re-use, no more need for endless cotton wool pads. Fills a void in the market for this type of product."

"Very poor service. Wash bag featured in E-Cloth's product description for face cleansing pads was not included in the delivery. When this was pointed out I was subsequently offered a 20% refund but my follow up email with some further questions has not been answered; neither has the 20% refund been forthcoming. Furthermore, I feel it worth noting note that my original communication to E-Cloth customer service re incomplete order eas ignored & subsequent phone calls not answered. Not sure of the set-up at E-Cloth UK, but it's certainly not customer focussed)"
